Meet Erin Desrochers
Dietitian (MS, RDN, CD)

Erin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and specializes in eating disorders and sports nutrition. Erin utilizes an individualized and holistic approach including Health at Every Size, Intuitive/Attuned Eating, and Ellyn Satter.
Erin has provided nutrition counseling for eating disorders within outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization and residential levels of care. She assisted in developing the Exercise and Sport Program at Opal Food + Body Wisdom, an eating disorder treatment center in Seattle. She has a strong passion for helping clients explore their relationship to exercise, in addition to their relationship to food and body.
As a former competitive club gymnast, Erin understands the many challenges unique to the sport culture and has a strong interest in helping athletes enhance their performance and be the best they can be through fueling and honoring their body well.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, going for walks, wine tasting, connecting with others, and spending time with her husband and two little ones.

Meet Danielle Miyazaki
Dietitian (MS, RDN, CD)
Danielle is a registered dietitian, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, IBS, and general wellness. She works in collaboration with you to help bring awareness to your body's unique nutrition needs through Intuitive Eating, while learning to respect your body and inspire hope.

She practices from a Health At Every Size® lens and Fat Positive approach, believing all bodies deserve respectful care and to be treated with kindness. She values your unique desires, tailoring her care to your needs. She utilizes somatic therapies, ACT, and mindfulness tools to increase awareness of your own body's needs and desires.

She is a Pacific Northwest native and attended the University of Washington. Danielle is a mother of two wonderful boys and one super fun Australian Shepherd named Luna. She enjoys exploring new places, trying new cafes, and making memories with her family.
